A practical companion to your product's own Start Here and Quick Start instructions. Different products arrive in different formats; follow the instructions supplied with the product you bought.

1. Receive the right files
- Check the product name, included files, price and delivery information on the marketplace before paying. The checkout platform may display local currency and applicable taxes.
- For an Etsy digital purchase, use Etsy in a web browser or on a computer to reach the files. Etsy's app does not currently provide digital-file downloads. Etsy's download instructions.
- For a Gumroad purchase, use the receipt or library provided by Gumroad. Keep your order reference. If a ZIP is included, extract it before following the enclosed instructions.
- A Google Sheets access PDF and an XLSX workbook need different next steps. Neither is a physical product or a separate mobile app.
2. Start your own working copy
- If you received an access PDF: open the supplied link and make your own copy in your Google account. For general instructions, see Google's file-copy guide. Do not request edit access to the master template.
- If you received an XLSX workbook: keep the downloaded original as a backup and follow the product's import instructions in your own Google Drive/Sheets account. Check that the intended working copy is in Google Sheets before relying on Sheets-specific features.
- Read Start Here, configure the product's settings and separate any fictional example from your real entries. Follow the specific clearing instructions; do not assume every workbook has the tracker's example-clearing control.
- Before adding personal information, review who has access and set General access to Restricted. Share only with trusted people who need access. Spreadsheet protections are not a substitute for access control. Google's explanation of sheet protection.
Never send medical records, student records, passwords, bank credentials, API keys, identity documents or the private link to your working copy when asking for help. A short description and a redacted screenshot are usually safer.
3. Choose the device for the task
A computer is the recommended place for first setup, reviewing wide tables, charts and printing. The Google Sheets apps can open and edit spreadsheets on phones, but that does not verify every feature of every Randuit workbook. Google also notes that a file which opens on a computer may not open on a mobile device with fewer resources. Google Sheets on iPhone/iPad / Google Sheets on Android.
Check your own working copy with fictional data before choosing phone-only use. Review data entry, dates, dropdowns, the views you need and the print/export result. Do not assume an Excel, Apple Numbers or native-app certification unless the individual product explicitly documents it.
Website versus workbook: browser simulations check the sales pages. They do not open the native Google Sheets app or validate the workbook's formulas.

A few useful answers
Does the website collect the entries in my workbook?
Your working copy is in your own account. Do not send its private contents or access link to Randuit. Technical website requests and marketplace orders are separate from the records you enter into your copy; review the relevant platform's privacy settings.
Does my purchase connect to a bank, Etsy or Gumroad automatically?
Do not assume a live connection. Follow the individual product description. The Digital Seller tracker records values you enter; it is not a bank or platform integration.
Can I use the three bundle workbooks as one connected file?
The Family Care Bundle contains three separate workbooks for different situations. Do not assume automatic synchronization between them.
What should I include in a support message?
Email [email protected] with the product name, version if shown, your device/app and a short description of what happened. Use the marketplace's private support channel for purchase verification. Do not attach private records or publish an order reference.
