What is included

Nine connected tabs.
One current plan.

Records your plan. It does not create one.

This product organizes food rules and observations supplied by the buyer or an appropriate qualified professional. It does not diagnose an allergy or intolerance, recommend foods, calculate nutritional needs, identify causes or replace an official emergency plan or professional care. Never use a spreadsheet status as proof that a food is safe. Keep Google Drive access restricted and do not store passwords, medical records or document scans.

Know what arrives.
Know where to start.

A digital planning tool for your own records. Keep the product instructions nearby, and use the marketplace listing to confirm the current price and delivery details before paying.

What you receive

One Google Sheets-ready workspace with the nine tabs listed above and four one-page PDF guides. It records an existing food plan supplied by the buyer or an appropriate professional.

Your first steps

Read Start Here, record the existing plan and its source in the appropriate fields, and review it with the trusted caregivers who need access. The workbook does not create or validate a food plan.

Computer or phone?

Today & Week is designed for quick reference. Use a computer for setup and wider-table review; native-app checks were not independently verified in this update.

A small example, not a promise

Fictional scenario to explain the workflow. This is not a screenshot, a customer story or a certification of the workbook's calculations.

  1. A parent records the existing approved plan and its source in the shared workspace.
  2. A caregiver records a factual meal entry and a practical preparation task.
  3. At handoff, identify the next responsible person and any question that needs clarification. A spreadsheet status is not proof that a food is safe.
