Course Records is the source of truth. The workbook uses those entries and your configured grading scale to produce summaries that remain visible and reviewable.

It does not operate a school, issue an official transcript, certify graduation, determine legal compliance or guarantee acceptance by a college, scholarship provider or other organization. Homeschool requirements, grading conventions and transcript expectations vary. The buyer is responsible for checking applicable local rules and each recipient's current requirements. Keep the Google Drive file restricted and avoid storing identity documents, portal credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.

Course-entry review may require horizontal scrolling. Use a computer for grading setup, transcript checks and printing; native-app checks were not independently verified in this update.
