Your first steps

Start with Project Setup and the room inventory. Keep a request separate from an authorized decision, then assign practical tasks only after the relevant owner confirms the action.

Computer or phone?

Use a computer for initial inventory and multi-column review. Check the relevant views in your own Google Sheets app before relying on phone-only use; native-app checks were not independently verified in this update.
