What is in the package?

- 8 tabs per workbook: setup, transactions, monthly budget, bills, savings, debts, dashboard and instructions.
- 1,000 transactions, 60 bills, 10 savings goals and 10 debts per copy.
How you will use it
- Download and unzip your Etsy purchase on a computer.
- Import a Blank workbook into your own Google Sheets account. Available Google Drive storage is required.
- Choose one currency, your month, categories and household names; enter transactions manually.
- Check the monthly dashboard and warnings. Keep the fictional Demo separate.
Clear boundaries
- Transfers between household accounts do not inflate income or expenses. Bill payments are counted once.
- Recurring bills and the planned budget are updated manually each month.
- Savings and debt balances are manual snapshots; no interest or repayment forecast.
- Net flow is recorded income minus net expenses, not your bank balance. No currency conversion or financial advice.
Keep Google sharing Restricted. No scripts, bank passwords or API keys. The seller does not need access to your records.
A visible change, not a promise
In the fictional example, a 25.00 grocery expense changes recorded net expenses from 1,310.00 to 1,335.00 and net flow from 2,040.00 to 2,015.00. Actual XLSX preview rendered in LibreOffice; Google Sheets appearance may differ.
